Clark—With over twenty-five years in the illustration and fine art fields, Alan M. Clark has made available in this store a wide array of original art, art prints and books.

Alan M. Clark's illustrations have appeared in books of fiction, non-fiction, textbooks, young adult fiction and childrens books. His awards include the World Fantasy Award and four Chesley Awards. He believes that there is no art without audience and that good art challenges one's perceptions. To create engaging images, he uses subject matter that is compelling on a story-telling level, but which pose more questions than answers.

Since the mid 70s Mark Roland has been exhibiting his paintings at galleries and at Science Fiction and Fantasy conferences.  His unique style incorporates imagery from two realms, the imagination, involving that of mythology, dreams and mysticism, and the natural world, based on his observations of forests, mountains, skies and the aquatic world.  His works in watercolor, oils and acrylics, are considered part of the Visionary Art movement and have been included in two museum retrospectives.  As a fine art printmaker since 1981, he has mastered the art of intaglio etching with such works as The Enchanted Forest series.  This centuries-old process gives his etchings incredible detail, all of which are individually pulled by the artist on his own press.
